Welcome! I am excited that you are here and am ready to help you meet all your real estate goals!
Professional Experience and Superior Service
A full-service Realtor® and Real Estate Consultant since 2017, I enjoy working with both Home Buyers and Sellers and take immense pride in helping them set and meet their real estate goals on their terms and timeline. I’m invested in my clients’ success and treat closing day as a celebration of all they’ve accomplished. Proudly, I routinely receive excellent feedback, client referrals and requests to work together again.
I hold multiple designations and certifications and continue to invest in advanced training annually to provide my clients with the most effective services and best results possible. At a minimum, GRI (Graduate, Realtors Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), SRS (Seller’s Representative Specialist), MRP (Military Relocation Professional) and AHWD (At Home With Diversity). You can learn more about each one at www.sckyrealestate.com/designations.
I specialize in home and property sales in all areas of Bowling Green and Alvaton/Warren County and most neighboring city/county communities in South Central Kentucky: Scottsville and Alvaton (Allen), Franklin (Simpson), Smiths Grove
(Warren/Barren/Edmonson), Auburn and Russellville (Logan), Brownsville (Edmonson) and Glasgow (Barren). I also serve Nolin Lake, Barren River Lake, and portions of Lake Malone.
Spirit of Approach
I have always found helping people rewarding and embrace that approach when I work with both home buyers and sellers every day. My service in the U.S. Army allowed me to live, travel and help others living in the U.S. and in Europe in ways I never imagined possible and taught me lessons that changed me forever. A graduate of Western Kentucky University, I went on to develop those skills and more as an administrator and professional advocate for children in the non-profit sector until I began a new career in real estate in 2017. Those roles taught me both insight and strong skills that I use every day to quickly coordinate services for my clients in various scenarios to make the process easier for them. I am both a real estate consultant and fiduciary to my clients. I am grateful for their trust in me and work on their behalf and in their best interest.
Dedication to my client’s experience
My clients buy or sell their homes and properties for exciting reasons – moving out on their own, getting married, having children, or downsizing with retirement. Others are dealing with incredibly tough situations like financial hardship, divorce, serious illness, or loss of a loved one. They can be absolutely thrilled or completely heartbroken to make the decision and then move. I believe those details matter, and I’m dedicated to helping them work through the process, all while saving them time, money, and spirit.
A member of Realtors® Association of Southern Kentucky (RASK), the Kentucky Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), I stay current with real estate law and maintain relationships with other agents and negotiate effectively. I follow a professional Code of Ethics and am always going to do what I know is right. I plan and work efficiently to keep my clients informed, advocate on their behalf and reduce the stress of buying and selling their property. I want every client to have a pleasant experience and feel satisfied in all the important decisions they make beginning to end and long after closing day.
Relocation
I moved more than my fair share with the military before making Bowling Green my home in 1996, so I empathize with clients who must relocate with employment. Those experiences motivate me to work diligently to be the Real Estate Consultant and Realtor® I would want if my family had to relocate again.
Military Service & VA Financing
I specialize and routinely work with active duty, retired and veterans of all branches of military service. It requires additional time and training to stay current with VA Financing, but I do so willingly because I can be helpful beyond the real estate transaction. And as a fellow Veteran and MRP, I am honored and excited to serve those who serve.
Grateful Life
When I’m away from the office, I celebrate a grateful life and stay busy with my family, friends, our sweet rough collies and a cat that keeps us on our toes. I am a proud parent and an active volunteer at my son’s schools and beyond. Forever an advocate for kids, vets, and pets, I make a point to stay involved and be helpful in my community.
So whether you think it is time to buy or sell your home – or aren’t really sure just yet – you should reach out. I’d love to help you meet your goal!
