Welcome to my website! I am excited that you are here because I am dedicated to helping you meet all your real estate needs.
Spirit of Approach
I have always found helping people very rewarding. I learned early on how to do much with little, work very hard and take pride in my work. My service in the U.S. Army allowed me to live, travel and help others living in the U.S. and in Europe in ways I never imagined possible and taught me lessons that truly changed me forever. Upon graduation from Western Kentucky University, I then had the privilege of becoming the Founding Executive Director of the Barren River Area Child Advocacy Center in Bowling Green in 1998. I could not be more proud of the Center’s success and critical services it went on to provide thousands of children and families during my eighteen years of service there.
Dedication to My Client’s Experience
My clients buy or sell their homes and other properties for many reasons – moving out on their own, getting married, having children or downsizing with retirement. Others are dealing with incredibly difficult situations like financial hardship, divorce or worse, serious illness or even loss of a loved one. They can be absolutely thrilled or completely heartbroken to make the decision and then move. I believe those details matter, and I am dedicated to helping them work through the process, all while saving them time, money and spirit.
I enjoy research, take my work seriously and invest in training and technology, all of which offer huge benefit to my clients. I am actively involved with our local Realtors® Association of South Central Kentucky, which helps me stay current with real estate law and maintain relationships with other agents and negotiate effectively. As a Realtor®, I follow a Code of Ethics and am always going to do what I know is right. I work very hard to keep my clients informed, advocate on their behalf and reduce the stress of buying, selling and managing their properties. I want every client to have a pleasant experience and feel satisfied in all the many decisions made start to finish.
Relocation & Veterans
I moved a lot with the military before making Bowling Green my home in 1996, so I greatly empathize with clients who have to relocate with employment and those connected with military service or retirement. Those experiences motivate me a great deal, and I work diligently to make sure all my clients have the same opportunities I would want if in their shoes again. As a NAR’s Certified Military Relocation Professional, I am honored and excited to serve those who serve.
Grateful Life
I enjoy celebrating all things life with my sweet husband, son and collie and with loved ones scattered around the globe. I am a very proud parent and volunteer at Briarwood Elementary School and the Realtors’ Hope for Homeless. I am also a happy morning person who starts early and enjoys coffee and tea, reading, writing and everything organization to save time and money.
So whether you think it is time to sell, buy or rent your home or maybe begin investing in real estate – or aren’t really sure just yet – you should definitely call me. I will happily help!
